I share a Birthday with Elvis Presley January 8th, so that makes me the “King.” Besides being a passionate chef and teaching Culinary Arts, I am an advanced salt water aquarium hobbyist that loves exotic species of fish and marine life. Big fan of scary stories especially novels from Stephen King and Dean Koontz. One of my favorite destinations to travel is Ocean City Maryland. I’ve been crabbing since 8 years old and now make some of the best Crab cakes ever!
